Job Description

As an established Account Executive, you will navigate complex sales cycles in Tech, understanding client challenges and translating them into value-based propositions. You will collaborate with internal teams, act as a Slack expert, and use strong storytelling skills to present to business line owners. You must excel in dynamic environments, consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Must have:
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process.
  • Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
  • Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

Role Description

As an established Account Executive, you know how to navigate complex sales cycles in Tech. You’re knowledgeable about your clients’ specific challenges and business objectives and are able to translate these into a value-based proposition on both operational and executive level. You excel in collaborating with internal teams and are able to act as an expert in your domain (Slack). Your storytelling skills are unmatched so presenting to business line owners across multiple departments won’t be a problem for you. You excel in dynamic environments so shifting gears at a moment’s notice and providing excellent customer service is what you consistently deliver.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts in Sweden
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  • Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
  • Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Required Qualifications:

  • Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Communication: Fluency in Swedish and English. Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
  • Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
