Playtech’s GamesLink unit is looking for a proactive, target-driven Account Manager who will partner with customers to ensure their long-term success. This influential role involves understanding unique customer needs, managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, and proactively developing relationships to consistently drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will work in a target-driven environment, demonstrating a passion for success within the online gaming industry, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and exceeding assigned targets.
Must have:
  • Partner with our customers to ensure their long-term success by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, pro-actively developing the relationship and consistently driving revenue growth to meet and exceed assigned targets.
  • Work in a target-driven environment, demonstrating a passion for success within the online gaming industry.

  • Utilizing Playtech tools and innovative thinking to make proactive and relevant suggestions and recommendations to your customers, driving revenue growth.
  • Analyzing your customers’ websites to identify opportunities to improve the overall Playtech content exposure, enhancing customer experience and engagement.
  • Setting up Playtech promotional tools in the back office for licensees and configuring game limits.
  • Knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish & Russian.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their business in depth, and maintaining a keen understanding of their key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business, fostering a collaborative environment that facilitates growth and success.
  • Provide dedicated day-to-day support, answering general queries and being a point of escalation for all customer concerns.

  • Knowledge of the online gaming market (particularly Casino, Live Casino & Poker), with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level. Knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish & Russian, is beneficial.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to comfortably present both internally and externally, particularly around product performance and industry trends.
