Razorfish is seeking a temporary Account Supervisor to manage day-to-day client communications and ensure the successful execution of creative projects. This role involves independently leading work tracks, supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives, and ensuring adherence to the creative delivery process. The ideal candidate is self-directed, solution-oriented, and adept at influencing team actions to meet client satisfaction and internal expectations. Responsibilities include managing multiple workstreams, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.
Must have:
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned projects

  • Clearly articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations
  • Manage multiple workstreams (2–4 project types concurrently)

  • Drive momentum on assigned projects
  • Manage core client service processes
  • 5+ years of experience leading digital projects in an agency
  • Ability to solve problems independently and influence teams
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and nurture successful relationships

Overview

We are looking for a temporary Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day client communications and the successful execution of creative projects. This individual will independently lead tracks of work, while also supporting Account Leads on larger initiatives and processes—ensuring our creative delivery process is followed through to completion. You should be self-directed, solution-oriented, and confident in influencing team actions to meet both internal expectations and client satisfaction.

You will be expected to independently manage multiple workstreams, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and contribute to high-quality creative and strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Project Leadership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across assigned projects, building strong rapport with client counterparts.
  • Lead or support client meetings, briefings, and presentations, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are well-prepared and aligned to objectives.
  • Review client deliverables for brand and strategic alignment, consistency, and completeness across all feedback rounds.
  • Clearly and professionally articulate feedback, timelines, and deliverable expectations to internal teams.
  • Manage multiple workstreams (2–4 project types concurrently), ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Proactively identify and address smaller client issues or project escalations in collaboration with Delivery and Account Leadership.

Internal Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with Delivery and Creative teams to ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, timelines, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate internal communications such as status documents, meeting notes, and feedback summaries.
  • Proactively bring in senior team members when additional support or escalation is needed.
  • Drive momentum on assigned projects by ensuring accountability, clarity of roles, and timely execution.
  • Informing/collaborating with the Analytics team to inform of creative updates

Process Ownership & Operational Support

  • Manage core client service processes for the account, including:
  • Creative talent rights and renewals tracking
  • Support the creative trafficking process; managing the handoff of creative assets to the media team and internal creative rotation documents
  • Transferring and organizing client feedback for internal use
  • Maintain organizational systems that enable seamless collaboration and delivery across departments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience including leading digital projects across multiple channels in a digital or advertising agency
  • Ability to solve problems independently and influence teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunity areas, offer solutions and act on them.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and needs.
  • Ability to build and nurture successful relationships with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Experience or familiarity with Media and Media accounts is a plus

Compensation Range: $47 - $68 Hourly . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
