Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Publicis Groupe ANZ, you will be a key member of the internal recruiting team, contributing to the planning and execution of the annual talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry and junior-level positions, from attraction to placement. You will also support the team with technology, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, create internal career opportunities, and attract top industry talent.
Must have:
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level roles
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for junior roles
  • Assist the TA team with talent sourcing
  • Assist the TA team with applicant screening
  • Assist the TA team with preparing job advertisements
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers
  • Manage the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ensure candidate notes are captured and managed through ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines on ATS
  • Knowledge of key admin & processes for the TA team
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Overview

As a member of our internal recruiting team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the annual Publicis Groupe talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across ANZ.

This will also support our global mission of having the right talent on the right work at the right time across Publicis Groupe. New technology, tools and processes are being introduced all the time to enable this. At Publicis Groupe we prioritise internal employees when resource is needed. The Talent Coordinators in our team take responsibility for recruiting entry level and junior level roles, they help manage technology, tools and processes that enable us to deliver our talent acquisition strategy as efficiently as possible, as well as contributing to strategic projects.

The Opportunity

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry level roles from attraction through to placement, supporting with tools and processes that will improve our efficiency, create more opportunities for our people and attract the best talent the market has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for entry level roles for the Groupe.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for junior roles for the Groupe.
  • Assist the TA team with talent sourcing as requested
  • Assist the TA team with applicant screening as requested
  • Assist the TA team with preparing job advertisements as requested
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we are meeting their resource needs and all internal processes and protocols are followed.
  • Manage the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, improve the attractiveness of our brands and the Publicis Groupe as an employer.
  • Ensure that candidate notes are captured, and the full life cycle of an open role is managed through our ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines on our ATS

  • Whilst you aren’t required to be an expert you must have knowledge of key admin & processes for the TA team so you can support them in an effective manner.
