As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will ensure adherence to accounts payable, bank accounting, and general ledger procedures for European entities managed by FSS Cluj-Napoca, contributing to our mission of innovation and impact.
Must have:
  • Maintain Vendor Master data in SAP (create and change vendor details)
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
  • Coupa support for business owner among the business entities
  • Process invoices and credit notes from third party vendors
  • Check and book car leasing invoices
  • Support GL team with payment process and invoice reconciliation
  • Participate in the monthly and yearly closures
  • Participate in yearly audit process
  • Ad-hoc reports related to vendors, employees expenses, costs, etc.
  • Collect appropriate data for local reports as well as VAT and income tax returns
  • Undertake certain work as assigned by management on an on-going basis
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience working in Finance/Accounting
  • Advanced level of English

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the team adhere to accounts payable, bank accounting and general ledger procedures for European entities from the designated Business units managed by FSS Cluj-Napoca.

Minimum Qualifications:
