Job Description

This internship provides support in the implementation of local and regional advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include inventory control, coordinating with agencies/clients on materials and purchase orders, activating and optimizing campaigns on Disney ad servers, ensuring accurate campaign delivery with weekly reports, contributing to team and competition reports, updating digital product sales pitches, and identifying new digital product opportunities, particularly within the social media realm. The role requires strong communication, proactive initiative, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. Candidates should possess marketing or ADE (Sales and Marketing) qualifications, with additional digital knowledge being beneficial.

Must have:

Support in campaign implementation
Inventory control & reporting
Client/agency coordination
Campaign activation & optimization
Strong communication skills
Proactive & positive attitude

Good to have:

Knowledge of digital marketing
Experience with social media

Job Summary:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support in the implementation of local and regional campaigns:
Inventory control for proper delivery of campaigns.
Contact with agency/client to coordinate receipt of materials and purchase orders.
Activation and optimization of advertising campaigns in different Disney ad servers.
Control of the correct delivery of campaigns, with weekly reports.
Support in the realization of team reports and competition reports.
Updating of digital product sales pitch and specifications.
Support in locating new digital product opportunities, especially with the Social Media team.

QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE DESIRED:

Marketing.
ADE (specializing in Sales and Marketing).
Complementary studies and/or knowledge in digital matters will be an asset.
