What We're Looking For
We are looking for an Affiliate/Partnerships Team Leader to join our Affiliate and Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team focused on driving the growth and success of Seeking Alpha’s global affiliate program. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize operations, cultivate affiliate relationships, and develop strategic collaborations with relevant brands, all aimed at driving revenue growth in line with annual ARR targets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in building and scaling affiliate programs from scratch, and passionate about leadership, team development, and fostering a results-driven culture.
What You'll Do
- Team Leadership - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of affiliate and partnership managers, ensuring complete alignment with company goals and setting clear KPI and performance expectations for the team in an actionable feedback loop.
- Affiliate Program Management - Strategically grow and manage Seeking Alpha’s affiliate program, driving performance through data-driven decisions. Oversee the creation and management of campaigns and content designed to drive affiliate growth through innovative acquisition strategies, positively impacting the onboarding of high-value affiliates.
- Partnership Development - Identify and establish co-marketing partnerships with positive synergy brands to expand Seeking Alpha’s reach. Focusing on fostering long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with mission and audience, and maximizing partnerships effectively in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence and Efficiency - Optimize processes to streamline operations, reporting, and partner communications, effectively leveraging data to provide actionable insights for ongoing strategic improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships, including managing and leading teams.
- Fluent/native English speaker - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in building and scaling global affiliate or partnership programs for subscription-based products.
- Practical experience in affiliate platforms such as Everflow, Impact, CJ Affiliate, etc, with a deep understanding of tracking and commission protocols.
- Background in investing or equity markets is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative self-starter mindset.
