Job Description

The Warehouse Operator, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, will be responsible for managing tasks assigned by work area, following priorities set by demand. This includes delivering materials to lines, managing returns, storing finished products, preparing materials for dispensing and sampling, handling bulk material movements, receiving goods, inventory control, and preparing local and export dispatches. The role requires approximately 3 years of experience and proficiency in operating forklifts and stackers.
Must have:
  • Manage ME delivery to lines and packaging returns.
  • Handle returns storage, PT entry and stretching.
  • Manage MP delivery to dispensing and production, including returns.
  • Prepare and store MP for sampling.
  • Unload bulk MP (chlorohydrate, oil) and supply alcohol.
  • Move petrolatum and corega oil between container and warehouse.
  • Receive ME/MP and products, including documentation and verification.
  • Perform inventory control.
  • Prepare and load local and export dispatches.
  • Verify transport conditions for receipts and dispatches.
  • Completed secondary education with diploma.
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in forklift operation.
  • Ability to operate manual and electric stackers.
  • Basic knowledge of Office Suite.
  • Availability for onsite work in San Fernando, Monday-Friday, 2 PM-10:15 PM.
Good to have:
  • Forklift Driving License.
  • Technical secondary studies.
  • English language knowledge.
  • Experience with central systems (SAP).

Job Details

The Warehouse Operator, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor (FLL), will be responsible for carrying out the indicated management, taking into account the flow of tasks assigned by work area, following the priorities set according to demand.

Main responsibilities:

  • Delivery of ME to lines, collection/control of packaging returns.
  • Storage of returns, entry and stretching of PT.
  • Delivery of MP to dispensing, delivery of dispensing orders to production, storage/control of MP returns.
  • Preparation of MP for sampling, storage of sampled MP.
  • Unloading of bulk MP (chlorohydrate, oil), alcohol supply.
  • Movement of petrolatum and corega oil from container to warehouse and vice versa.
  • Reception of ME/MP and various products (document control, transport verification, unloading and storage of merchandise, document archiving).
  • Inventory control.
  • Preparation of local and export dispatches, loading of exports.
  • Verification of transport conditions (receipt and dispatches).

  • Education: Completed Secondary Studies (with diploma).
  • Experience: Around 3 years in similar roles, preferably within the same industry and/or similar.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Operation of manual and electric stackers.
  • Office Suite: Basic Level.
  • Availability to work in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on a face-to-face work schedule from Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM.

A plus will be:

  • Forklift Driving License.
  • Having technical secondary studies.
  • Having knowledge of the English language.
  • Management/knowledge of central systems (SAP).
