Job Description

Haleon is seeking a Real Estate ESG Reporting & Operational Excellence Manager to join their Global Procurement and Workplace Solutions (WPS) organization. This role involves developing and managing sustainability-related projects and overseeing WPS services across all sites. Key responsibilities include managing Haleon’s commercial real estate portfolio for Scope 1 & 2 GHG Reporting, engaging with stakeholders for data collection and verification, leading abatement strategy development, and ensuring adherence to governance processes. The manager will also support global projects, enhance site utilization, and provide sustainability expertise to Real Estate and Operations teams.
Must have:
  • Project manage Haleon’s commercial real estate portfolio adhering to Scope 1 & 2 GHG Reporting requirements by FY-2026 and beyond.
  • Process ownership and best practice standardisation in delivery of Scope 1& 2 reporting for the Real Estate Leased assets.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (Central sustainability, Workplace Solutions and EHS) to establish reporting requirements.
  • Engage with cross-functional internal teams and with external partners/suppliers to collect sustainability data and evidence.
  • Act as the central lead of data verification in Haleon internal reporting systems, adhering to reporting guidelines for accuracy.
  • Engage cross-functionally with data teams to verify accuracy and suitability of data and evidence submitted.
  • Lead the communications and reporting for Workplace Solutions and ensure adherence to governance processes.
  • Lead the abatement strategy development and implementation throughout 2025 onwards, working alongside key stakeholders in the Central Sustainability team.
  • Put the relevant policies and procedures in place and document them.
  • Support the Central Sustainability team in responding to queries from internal and external auditors.
  • Lead the sampling phase in audit and assurance processes by sharing the evidence requested and resolving any discrepancies with landlords.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized data repository for landlord-sourced sustainability data.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders and landlords on data submission standards and sustainability reporting expectations.
  • Manage global projects and service initiatives that align with Haleon’s purpose and enhance site utilisation, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Implement global food & waste policies in support of Haleon’s objectives.
  • Act as a liaison for the Real Estate Operations team, sharing best practices and leading team initiatives to boost productivity and business outcomes.
  • Support Real Estate and Operations teams by providing sustainability expertise, ensuring alignment with Haleon and industry standards, and supporting global strategies for sustainability and diversity.
  • Assist with business continuity planning and serve as the main contact for supplier code validation requests.
  • Oversee WPS services to support benefits realisation, manage performance and mitigate business risks, working closely with service partners to deliver a strong customer experience.

The Real Estate ESG Reporting & Operational Excellence Manager, part of the Global Procurement and Workplace Solutions (WPS) organization, will be responsible for the development and management of sustainability-related projects; and the Workplace Solutions (WPS) services and their performance across all WPS sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Project manage Haleon’s commercial real estate portfolio adhering to Scope 1 & 2 GHG Reporting requirements by FY-2026 and beyond. This includes:
