AI framework intern - vLLM

As an AI framework intern at Intel's AI software engineering team, you will contribute to delivering AI solutions using the Intel vLLM AI framework. Your responsibilities will include enabling popular models and AI workloads, analyzing and optimizing performance, writing benchmark scripts, and troubleshooting system and software issues during benchmarking. This role requires a strong background in machine learning and proficiency in Python and Linux scripting.

Must Have

• Strong background in machine learning, including large language model and stable diffusion
• Proficiency in Python and Linux script programming
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture
• Good on-hands skill to set up hardware/system/software to run AI workloads
• 3-4 days at office per week
• 6 months internship at least
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

Job Description:

You will work at the Intel AI software engineering team to deliver the AI solutions with Intel vLLM AI framework . The assignment includes but not limits to

• Enable the popular models or AI workloads on Intel vLLM AI framework.
• Analyze and optimize the performance
• Write the script with the best configuration to benchmark the workload performance.
• Solve the system and software problems during the benchmarking

Qualifications:
