Job Description

The AI Transformation team at KRAFTON leads the innovation of work methods and AI transformation across the entire company. We aim to redefine processes and culture to enable the entire organization to transform based on AI, moving beyond simple tool adoption. The AI Transformation Strategist will be a designer and executor, driving KRAFTON's company-wide AI transformation, establishing the vision and roadmap, facilitating AI tool adoption, leading change management, and measuring performance to expand successful cases.
Good To Have:
  • AX, DX project experience in large corporations or global organizations
  • Experience in company-wide tool adoption and dissemination (SaaS, collaboration tools, work automation, AI tools, etc.)
  • Experience in internal consulting or championing AI utilization (leading AI adoption or creating an early adoption culture within the organization)
  • Global/multicultural organizational collaboration experience (experience in leading change management and communication in cooperation with organizations from diverse backgrounds)
Must Have:
  • Experience in organizational change management (digital transformation, work innovation, organizational culture change, etc.)
  • Strategic planning and communication skills: ability to clearly and persuasively convey vision to management and team members
  • Project leadership experience: experience in driving company-wide initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders

The AI Transformation team leads the innovation of work methods and AI transformation across the entire KRAFTON company. We aim to redefine processes and culture to enable the entire organization to transform based on AI, moving beyond simple tool adoption. Through this, we lead KRAFTON to transition to a new AI-centric work system and create long-term sustainable performance and innovation.

Introducing the Mission You'll Undertake with Our Team

As an AI Transformation Strategist, you will be the designer and executor leading KRAFTON's company-wide AI transformation, responsible for turning the direction of change into reality.

  • Establish AI transformation vision and execution roadmap: Set the direction for company-wide transformation and clearly communicate it to management and team members.
  • Promote AI tool adoption and utilization: Discover, verify, and introduce tools suitable for work, and provide training and guidance for practical use.
  • Lead change management: Minimize resistance and encourage active participation in the AI-based work transformation process through inter-departmental collaboration and communication.
  • Measure performance and disseminate best practices: Analyze transformation performance and share best practices company-wide to expand utilization within the organization.
