About the role:

We’re seeking a versatile AI Video Creator with strong video editing and post-production skills to help create educational lesson videos for kids. You’ll use the latest AI tools to generate compelling images, animations, and video content, then bring it all together into polished, professional productions. If you’re passionate about experimenting with new forms of storytelling—whether through music videos, creative shorts, or educational content—you’ll thrive here. From concept to final cut, you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging visual experiences that bring learning to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality images, animations, and video clips using AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, Veo3, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Edit and assemble AI-generated content into polished final videos
• Add sound design, effects, and post-production touches for professional results
• Work with the team to develop creative concepts and turn storyboards into finished videos
• Keep up with the latest AI video and image generation tools and find creative ways to use them

Qualifications:

Advanced Video Skills

• Strong video editing and post-production experience (must include portfolio)
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Ability to create cohesive visual storytelling that avoids the "disparate pieces" problem common in AI content
• Experience with both long-form and short-form video formats

Full-Stack AI Creation Skills

• Hands-on experience across four key areas: image generation, music creation, video production, and post-production assembly
• Proficiency with cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, Veo3, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
• Ability to seamlessly integrate AI-generated content from multiple sources into professional productions
• Final output must match the quality level of existing phonics activities (see demo)

Platform-Specific AI Prompting Expertise

• Deep understanding that different AI tools require unique prompting approaches and techniques
• Intuitive grasp of specific keywords, parameters, and prompt modifications for each platform
• Technical expertise in parameter adjustments combined with creative vision for desired outputs
• Stays current with the latest AI creation tools and prompting best practices

Creative & Technical Foundation

• Creative eye for translating ideas into compelling visuals
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic editing techniques
• Bonus skills: Music video editing, motion graphics, or 3D elements
