Job Description
As a Machine Learning Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering internal ML technical learning curriculums using various formats such as self-paced resources and instructor-led courses. You will collaborate with engineers and managers to identify learning needs, manage projects independently, and measure the success of learning initiatives through defined metrics. You will also develop training strategies that align with business goals and values. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs and the ability to build value through training that supports engineering priorities. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200 depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Must Have:
- Design and deliver ML technical learning curriculums.
- Partner with engineers to identify learning and development needs.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Measure success of learning initiatives through metrics.
- Develop and implement internal training strategies.
In this role, you will:
- Own the design and delivery of internal-facing ML technical learning curriculums that incorporate a variety of learning formats including, self-paced resources, virtual instructor-led courses, seminars, case studies, and more
- Partner with engineers and engineering managers to uncover, align on, and predict technical learning and development needs for areas like architecture, tools, standard processes, and skill advancement \n\n- Manage your own projects with a high degree of independence, from scoping and planning to execution and iteration \n\n- Demonstrate success of learning initiatives through defined metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting \n\n- Develop and implement internal training strategies that align learning initiatives with business goals and values \n\n- Develop deep intuition for business needs and build value through training that advances engineering priorities
