AIML - Machine Learning Educator

In this role, you will: - Own the design and delivery of internal-facing ML technical learning curriculums that incorporate a variety of learning formats including, self-paced resources, virtual instructor-led courses, seminars, case studies, and more - Partner with engineers and engineering managers to uncover, align on, and predict technical learning and development needs for areas like architecture, tools, standard processes, and skill advancement \n\n- Manage your own projects with a high degree of independence, from scoping and planning to execution and iteration \n\n- Demonstrate success of learning initiatives through defined metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting \n\n- Develop and implement internal training strategies that align learning initiatives with business goals and values \n\n- Develop deep intuition for business needs and build value through training that advances engineering priorities
