Job Description

Apple is seeking a Manager for its Legal Operations Strategic Programs team, focusing on discovery and operations. We are looking for a Manager to lead our Strategic Programs team, supporting discovery and operations in the legal department. The ideal candidate has significant experience in people management, discovery technology, and operational execution with a demonstrated ability to manage an effective team. This role will define the vision and strategy for the team and oversee a complex portfolio of programs to drive results.

As a Manager, Strategic Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of key Discovery programs. This role will develop strategy and define programs that address significant challenges, establish systems to identify improvements, and define success metrics to support the team’s mission. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect interests. The programs you oversee will enable the Discovery team and our stakeholders to establish and refine policies and procedures, improving operations and allowing the team to scale for the future. Key programs may include:

  • Discovery technology enablement and optimization
  • Metrics, reporting and insights
  • Process and workflow improvement
  • Vendor management
  • Financial management
  • Change management
  • Incident management

At , base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $164,400 and $247,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
