Job Description

The Corporate Consolidations Analyst will assist in the monthly preparation of the consolidation of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and related analyses including supporting schedules for the quarterly and annual SEC filings. This role also includes the responsibility of intercompany imbalance resolution and other various reserve analysis. This role entails preparation of consolidation journal entries for specific transactions that occur each month related to the consolidation process.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Highly driven/self-starter
  • Detail oriented

Job purpose

The Corporate Consolidations Analyst will assist in the preparation of the monthly consolidation of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and related analyses including supporting schedules for the quarterly and annual SEC filings. This role also includes the responsibility of intercompany imbalance resolution and other various reserve analysis. Finally, the role entails preparation of consolidation journal entries for specific transactions that occur each month related to the consolidation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the monthly consolidation of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and related analyses.
  • Analyze, review, and follow up on Intercompany imbalances.
  • Track monthly OneStream trial balance loads by reporting units to ensure timely submission.
  • Follow up on any OneStream data validation issues with reporting unit Controllers.
  • Work with external and internal auditors to provide information required to complete quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Assist and coordinate the validation, corroboration and tie-out of data to relevant supporting documentation for external reporting deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain supporting work papers related to internal controls compliance for the Financial Reporting and Accounting group.
  • Assist with any and all ad hoc reporting, research or document preparation as assigned.
