Job Summary

Job Description

Manage and coordinate production planning for the GAS, Modul, and ignition coil departments. This role involves ensuring efficient scheduling, material availability, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth production operations. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, preparing delivery schedules, monitoring inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have:
  • Manage and coordinate production planning for GAS, Modul, and ignition coil departments
  • Ensure efficient scheduling, material availability, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage production plans for GAS, Modul, and ignition coil departments
  • Prepare delivery schedules and capacity calculations
  • Report planning updates and issues to the department manager
  • Order and coordinate materials required for production
  • Monitor inventory levels and material availability for planning purposes
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers regarding production planning
  • Administer and update planning parameters in the ERP system
  • Participate in projects, product meetings, and changing management processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department
  • Perform other tasks related to production planning as needed
  • Education within logistics and/or production planning or experience in related automotive / engineering environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Skilled in Office and ERP
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines when required

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job purpose

To manage and coordinate production planning for the GAS, Modul, and ignition coil departments.

What we’re looking for

Mandatory

  • Education within logistics and/or production planning or experience in related automotive / engineering environment
