Must have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT/Computer Science.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Support the data validation and quality assurance processes for the CMDB
  • Develop reports using Power BI
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across IT and business units, documenting them clearly.
  • Learn and apply ServiceNow platform functionalities to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with IT operations, security, and application teams to track application lifecycle stages and ensure compliance with governance processes.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in CMDB or ALM processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and/or ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with databases, data models, or configuration management tools is a plus.
  • Interest in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and application portfolio management.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
