Job Description

This Analyst - HR role involves identifying training needs for shop floor employees, team leaders, and supervisors, coordinating both in-house and outsourced training programs, and managing skill matrix updates. The position also includes participation in recruitment for Operating Engineers and NAPS Trainees, engagement in plant employee retention, and involvement in internal/external customer audits. Candidates should have an MBA/PG/MSW in Human Resources and 8-12 years of experience.
Must have:
  • Training Need Identification for shop floor employees/Team Leaders/Supervisors.
  • Training Co-ordination with in-house & outsource training program
  • Knowledge & Exposure to Function Specific Skill Gap Identification, Analysis, Training Facilitation, Effectiveness Monitoring & closure
  • Skill matrix update and gap identification
  • Documentation and Standardization per Customer Requirement.
  • Engaged in Recruitment and Selection Process for Operating Engineers & NAPS Trainees
  • Exposure in Line Improvements and Projects implemented
  • Plant Employee Engagement & Retentions
  • Internal & External Customer Audits
  • Plant Kaizen initiates , 5's Improvement
  • Root cause analysis / CAPA
  • HRIS - Data Analysis
  • MBA/ PG/MSW – Human Resources
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Total Experience 8Yrs - 12 Yrs.
