Job Description
Aptiv is seeking a T&E Accountant to audit employee reimbursement forms, process them in the Concur system, and respond to employee queries. The role involves sorting and filing documents, maintaining employee data in Concur, and tracking long-aging expenses. Candidates should have a college degree in finance or accounting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and workable English skills.

Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Audit the employee reimbursement form according to the company's travel policy, and conducted Concur system processing;
- Reply to employees' consultation on travel reimbursement;
- Sort out and file reimbursement documents;
- Maintenance of employee data in Concur system;
- Tracking and processing long-aging reimbursement expenses;
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- College or above degree, major in finance, accounting or related.
- Experience in accounting role at large manufacturing enterprises is preferred; excellent fresh graduates also take into consideration
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office software;
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, quick and rigorous thinking, flexible communication and good time management skills;
- English reading and writing skill is workable.
