This role focuses on driving sales growth and market coverage in the assigned region for custom home furnishing clients. Responsibilities include developing and managing sales channels, visiting clients to provide solutions and product demonstrations, and handling business development and sales management. The position requires strong client control, communication, and negotiation skills, along with market insight and the ability to adapt to frequent business travel. Candidates should have a background in mechanical engineering or electrical automation and at least 5 years of sales or channel management experience.

Must Have

Job Description

1. Committed to sales growth in the assigned region, executing company sales strategies and action plans, and achieving sales and profit targets and market coverage.

2. Responsible for the development and management of sales channels in the assigned region, completing various tasks and operational indicators.

3. Visit customers, provide solutions, demonstrate and train on equipment features, understand product usage, and deeply understand customers' potential needs.

4. Business development and sales management, capable of independently conducting business negotiations and cooperation, establishing and maintaining relationships.

5. Daily sales standard management, and business process对接 with relevant company departments, including delivery, training, inventory, service, market promotion, technical对接, product optimization, etc.

6. Responsible for building the market environment in the assigned region, including but not limited to sales and market information, customer demand information analysis, feedback, and cooperating with the company to complete new product development, marketing, and other market activities to ensure the effective implementation of the company's product strategy.

7. Submit sales work reports on time, reporting sales, management, and expense situations to relevant superiors.

8. Complete temporary tasks related to this position.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical automation, with more than 5 years of sales or channel management experience.

2. Possess mature experience in dealer channel operations; rich knowledge in sales cycle, sales opportunity management, and negotiation strategies.

3. Have strong customer control ability, communication skills, and negotiation skills.

4. Have good market insight and be good at seizing various market sales opportunities.

5. Work diligently and conscientiously, be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under high pressure.

6. Adapt to high-frequency business trips.

7. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
