Job Description
The Application Engineering Manager at Google will guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration. They will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define technical requirements and deliver solutions addressing legal and regulatory challenges. Responsibilities include spearheading the integration of enterprise legal solutions, overseeing the application lifecycle (design to maintenance), and leading the development of legal applications and automation focusing on reliability, scalability, and user experience. The role requires managing the integration of third-party products, ensuring effective implementation, customization, and updates. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 12 years of software development experience (including 5 years managing engineers) are minimum qualifications.

- 12 years of experience working with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience managing engineers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and customizing third-party systems.
- Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Ability to inspire and influence diverse teams.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to help Google and its partners build a sustainable business.
