You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
  • Familiarity with system integration and data flow between applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
