In support of the local HR Manager (HR Business Partner), you will be involved in various topics for the scope to which you will be attached:
- Management of new arrivals' integration: follow-up of the new arrival HR Check-List, organizing welcome sessions, administrative management
- Apprenticeship & Internship: be the privileged contact for interns (approximately 20 interns/year) and apprentices (30 apprentices over the year) on site, preparation of the annual apprenticeship campaign, recruitment (from identifying the need, through the various interview phases, to integration and trial period follow-up), school relations
- HR Development: follow annual campaigns, mobility management
- Transversal projects: participate in the implementation of professional elections and the deployment of Valeo group HR procedures on site
- Assistance to other local HR Managers: depending on the transversal processes managed within the scope (training, personnel administration, social relations, etc.), you will be required to work in support of other local HR Managers on these topics

You are ideally preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources for 2 years
You are rigorous, proactive, and enjoy teamwork
You already have experience (including internships and apprenticeships) in recruitment and/or HR development
You have a good level of English
