Job Description

This APU Quality Leader role involves enhancing customer satisfaction, coordinating preparations for customer visits and audits, overseeing customer contact in manufacturing, developing quality engineers and technicians, introducing new quality techniques, ensuring application of quality standards, and coordinating quality-related reports and projects. The position requires higher education, preferably in engineering, 1-2 years of team leader experience, and 4-5 years in quality assurance.
Must Have:
  • Increase customer satisfaction and develop appropriate customer relationships
  • Support customer visits and coordinate preparation for customer and internal audits
  • Supervise direct customer contact and represent customers in manufacturing
  • Assess and develop professional competence of quality engineers and technicians, plan trainings
  • Coordinate the introduction of new quality techniques and conduct related training
  • Ensure proper application of quality standards in the manufacturing environment
  • Professionally control quality-related reports
  • Collect and summarize manufacturing quality data, coordinate related reports
  • Coordinate and follow up on quality projects
  • Higher education, preferably in engineering
  • 1-2 years of team leader experience
  • Min. 4-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance
  • Confident English language skills (spoken and written)

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:

  • Increasing customer satisfaction, developing appropriate customer relationships
  • Support for customer visits, coordination of preparation for customer and internal audits

  • Assessment, development, and training planning for the professional competence of colleagues (quality engineers and technicians) within their scope of authority
  • Coordination of the introduction of new quality techniques, conducting related training
  • Proper application of quality standards in the manufacturing environment
  • Professional control of reports related to quality work
  • Collection and summarization of manufacturing data related to quality, coordination of related reports
  • Coordination and follow-up of quality projects
