- Support HR administration by managing labor documentation such as contracts, personnel files, and paid leaves.
- Assist employees with the Employee Portal and help manage work clothing for site staff.
- Identify training needs with managers and implement the site’s training plan.
- Follow up on the training plan monthly and handle training assignments.
- Coordinate with external training suppliers through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Manage language classes and ensure proper organization of training sessions.
- Prepare onboarding programs for newcomers, deliver welcome sessions, and organize safety training campaigns.
- Manage internal communication by following the communication plan, organizing events, handling merchandising, and creating communications and banners.
- Graduated from a Master degree in Human Resources

The site of Fuenlabrada based in Spain belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE HR Generalist for 24 months within the team.
Your challenges?

- You are graduated from a Master degree in Human Resources
- Ideally, you already have experience in this field
- You have a fluent level of English
- A good level of Spanish is appreciated
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
