Job Description

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a Quality Engineer APU3 for its Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina, Poland. The role involves implementing quality tools, managing documentation, conducting training, supervising product and process quality, participating in audits, and analyzing customer complaints. The position requires a Master's/Engineer's degree and 1-3 years of quality department experience.

Must Have:
  • Implement quality tools and standards in production.
  • Create and manage quality documentation (Control Plans, MSA, Control Instructions, SPC).
  • Conduct quality training for production operators.
  • Supervise product and process quality.
  • Prepare and participate in client, external, and internal audits.
  • Analyze customer complaints and define corrective actions.
  • Coordinate corrective action plans.
  • Support managers in QRQC activities.
  • Master's/Engineer's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar Quality Department role.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA).
  • Communicative knowledge of English.

The Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, production, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. In 2013, the production of wiper motors also began. The activities of the Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina are additionally supported by a modern research and development center, which currently employs approximately 100 employees.

Currently, for our Wiper Systems Production Plant in Skawina, we are recruiting for the position of Quality Engineer APU3 (temporary contract)

Your duties will include:

  • Implementing quality tools and standards in the daily production environment
  • Creating and managing quality documentation - Control Plans, MSA Analyses, Control Instructions, SPC documentation
  • Conducting Quality training for production operators
  • Quality supervision of product and process
  • Preparation and participation in audits: clients, external, internal
  • Analysis of customer complaints, defining corrective actions
  • Coordinating corrective action plans
  • Supporting managers in the analysis of issues assigned in QRQC activities

  • Master's/Engineer's degree, Quality Management direction welcome
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in the Quality Department
  • Experience in the automotive industry will be an asset
  • Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.)
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, positive attitude
