As part of our continued expansion in Brazil, we are seeking an experienced Software Architect to provide in-region technical leadership and support the build-out of our new development teams. This role will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our software solutions, partnering closely with engineering managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality systems. The Architect will be a hands-on leader, responsible for designing and documenting end-to-end solutions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring architectural alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include leading architectural discussions, designing and documenting systems, evaluating technologies, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with DevOps teams.
Must have:
  • Provide in-region technical leadership for new development teams.
  • Shape technical direction of software solutions.
  • Partner with engineering managers and stakeholders for scalable systems.
  • Design and document end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and ensure architectural alignment.
  • Lead architectural discussions and implementations.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies.
  • Solve complex technical challenges creatively.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for scalable, secure deployments.
  • Support applications in customer-facing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 12+ years in software development and architecture.
  • Expertise in software architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in C#.NET Core and relational databases (Postgres/SQL Server).
  • Experience with AWS cloud-native applications.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Telecommunications domain knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a CLT contract position.
  • Proficiency in English.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our software solutions, partnering closely with engineering managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality systems. The Architect will be a hands-on leader, responsible for designing and documenting end-to-end solutions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring architectural alignment with company goals.

We are looking for an Architect who will:

  • Serve as the expert technology professional within the team.
  • Lead architectural discussions, decisions, and implementations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Architect, design, and document systems and solutions, including integration of CSG and third-party products.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Solve complex technical challenges creatively and independently.
  • Mentor and guide other team members to elevate technical capabilities.
  • Define the technical vision and strategy for the team with a focus on continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Support application in customer-facing environments, including leading troubleshooting efforts and spearheading operational improvement initiatives
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in a distributed global organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture
  • Proven experience designing complex systems and frameworks
  • Deep expertise in software architecture and design principles
  • Experience with programming in C#.NET Core, and relational databases like Postgres/SQL Server
  • Experience designing, building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services
  • Proficiency in AI technologies and their application in software development
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
  • Experience working with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Telecommunications domain knowledge
  • Ability to work in a CLT contract position
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
