We are looking for an Archive Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a professional who brings enthusiasm and motivation to provide excellent service to our clients. This person will be responsible for researching and checking documents requested or sent to the company. Process documentation, sanitize, organize, register incoming and outgoing boxes according to procedures established by the company. In addition to serving customers by phone in some departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control the entry and exit of searches through requests received by customer emails, internal system or customer system;
- Register and search document data in a specific system or spreadsheets sent by the client, when incomplete, as directed by the manager;
- Check and search physical documents, images or copies from clients, according to received requests;
- Forward documents requested by clients to the routing area, so that they can be delivered to the requested location, as well as the return of received documents
with discrepancies identified in the system;
- Search for and locate document boxes, following instructions or address indications (corridors, shelves, levels, etc.) established by current procedures or instructions given by the superior. After research work, return these volumes to the initial location;
- Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and departmental production;
- When there is no work directly related to their function, they may assist other departments and perform related tasks as requested by the immediate manager.
- Update spreadsheets with necessary controls, as determined by the client or manager, as well as inserting data into the internal system or the specific client's system;
- Exclusive activity of the GAA (Active Archive Guard) sector, Archive Organization (O.A), Research and Exclusive Site (as per contract):
- Serve customers by phone in their document requests and provide support whenever requested in their web queries;
- Receive and check physical documents received by mail from customers and register them in the system with confirmation of receipt.
- Exclusive activity of the Archive Organization (O.A) sector:
- Provide external service to clients or other Company Units, performing the tasks of checking, preparing, organizing documents to be sent for storage, whenever necessary.

- Complete High School
