The Imaging Operations Coordinator oversees daily imaging projects, resolves issues, ensures adherence to standards, and monitors timelines. This role performs all production tasks, including pre-prep, job setup, and scheduling, ensuring accurate billing and production forecasting.
Must have:
  • Perform production duties (prep, scan, QC, index, running)
  • Conduct final quality checks and corrections post-production
  • Provide training
  • Troubleshoot scanner, batch class, and reporting issues
  • Review and accurately update reporting documents
  • Prepare Job Specifications for production teams
  • Adhere to DMS Imaging Center SOPs/guidelines and forms
  • Familiarity with imaging and related technology, including computers
  • Ability to work with Google and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good analytical skills for reviewing documents and internal reporting
  • Experience performing all imaging tasks with strong understanding of quality measurement
  • Experience with customer interaction and good written/verbal communication
  • Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLAs
  • Minimum business expertise
  • Ability to move pallets, boxes (up to 30 lbs), and stand for long periods

The Imaging Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day projects within the imaging operation. They resolve issues, adhere to the imaging standards, and monitor timelines and results. This role performs all DMS Imaging Center production tasks along with pre prep, job setup and scheduling. This role is vital in ensuring billing and production/forecasting are up to date and accurate for the imaging center.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Compensation: $22hr (no benefits)
  • 1st Shift (M - F) 6:00am - 2:30pm (approximately)
  • 2nd Shift (M - F): 2:30pm - 11pm (approximately)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform production duties (prep, scan, QC, index, running) when needed.
  • Final quality check on and corrections post production.
  • Training.
  • Troubleshoot scanner, batch class issues, reporting issues and correct with assistance of corresponding IT groups when necessary.
  • Review reporting and update corresponding documents assigned by leadership accurately.
  • Preparing Job Specifications for the production teams.
  • Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.
  • Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Familiarity with imaging and other related technology, including computers.
  • Ability to work within Google and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good analytical skills when reviewing Google and/or Microsoft Documents and internal reporting.
  • Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.
  • Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, leadership and external customers.
  • Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.
  • Minimum business expertise required.
  • This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.
  • This role requires internal and external contact. This communication may consist of verbal communication or written personnel via email.
  • Local travel (Depending on District): 1%
  • Education/Experience: High school/ 1 to 2 years
  • This project requires all personnel to be able to move pallets, boxes (up to 30 lbs), and long periods of standing.
  • Depending on production needs, OT and weekends may be necessary.
