As a Business Finance Analyst at Iron Mountain, you will work hand in hand with an experienced Regional team, business leaders and operations SMEs across Iron Mountain sites, to provide structured information, recommendations and in-depth analysis focused on customer revenue profiling across products, improving our book to revenue processes and achieving better operational efficiency. You will maintain/update FP&A Director and Regional Leaders on IYR analysis Report, collaborate to anticipate & solve business needs, review current operating procedures, and document findings to make recommendations.
Must have:
  • Maintain/update FP&A Director and Regional Leaders on IYR analysis Report based on Booking in SFDC.
  • Work with billing teams, customer service managers and operation leaders to develop and roadmap operational savings.
  • Collaborate around the organization to anticipate & solve business needs, including revenue forecast and operational savings metrics.
  • Review current operating procedures, developing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with business leaders and operative teams to implement new policies and procedures as needed.
  • Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations by leveraging best practices, systems, and experience.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in a business operations or finance related role & industry experience.
  • Strong skills with Google applications (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.), Data Studio and Salesforce/CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Good to have:
  • Program or inventory management experience across multiple locations and/or countries.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain/update FP&A Director and Regional Leaders on IYR analysis Report based on Booking in SFDC.. Work with billing teams, customer service managers and operation leaders to develop and roadmap operational savings
  • Collaborate around the organization to anticipate & solve business needs, including: revenue forecast and operational savings metrics.
  • Review current operating procedures, developing changes to enhance efficiency and working with business leaders and operative teams to implement new policies and procedures as needed.
  • Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations by leveraging our best practices, systems, and experience.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in any discipline , preferably Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in a business operations or finance related role & industry experience
  • Strong skills with Google applications (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.), Data Studio and Salesforce/CRM
  • Program or inventory management experience across multiple locations and/or countries is added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English required.
