Job Description

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Archive Assistant to join its Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients, ensuring the precise research, processing, and control of all incoming and outgoing documentation. Your ability to maintain organized records and follow established procedures is fundamental for the successful flow of document management services. The Operations team is a dynamic, collaborative, and results-focused environment, essential for Iron Mountain's customer service success.
Must Have:
  • Control and Process Documentation: Manage the check-in and check-out of requested or sent boxes and documents, performing cleaning, organization, and data registration in internal or client-specific systems.
  • Perform Research and Routing: Locate and return document boxes accurately (following specific addresses like corridors, shelves and levels), and coordinate the forwarding of requested documents to the routing area, aiming for final delivery to the client.
  • Ensure Compliance and Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records, filling out daily activity reports (like the OPLOG form) for production and performance control, and verifying documentation details against requests and system data.
  • High School Diploma

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work in a team, collaborating proactively to achieve sectoral objectives.
  • Workday: 44 Hours per week.
