Must Have
- Guide clients through financial due diligence for M&A.

- Over 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services.
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in finance/accounting.
- Analytical, dynamic, and responsible approach to work.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Would you like to help large and medium-sized companies and private equity funds when they need to buy or sell companies? As an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, you will be part of a department of more than 60 skilled colleagues. Transaction Services is part of PwC's Deals business area, which falls under PwC's consulting track, primarily focused on helping companies carry out acquisitions or divestitures.

As an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and advising clients through the financial due diligence process in connection with the purchase and sale of companies through financial analyses.
- Being part of the entire project cycle, including preparing questions for management, structuring data, data analysis, and presenting conclusions and red flags through both oral and written reporting.
- Providing advice in connection with the purchase and sale of companies, including calculating and optimizing both working capital and the purchase price.

Qualifications
You have more than 2 years of relevant experience within Transaction Services. Furthermore, you have completed or are in the process of completing a master's degree with a significant element of finance and accounting subjects. In addition, we imagine that you:
