We are currently partnering with our prestigious hospitality client to find a talented Art Director to join their Global Creative & Design Team, focusing on their luxury brand initiatives. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the creative direction for high-impact marketing platforms and consumer campaigns.

Art Director (Luxury Brands) – Remote - Contract Opportunity with Leading Hospitality Client

About the Opportunity

In this 4–6+ month contract position, the Art Director will play a key role in shaping creative strategies that resonate with discerning luxury consumers. You will oversee and elevate the visual direction of various campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand’s identity and luxury standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury design, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Copywriters, and Designers to maintain and elevate the design integrity and visual impact of the team’s work.
  • Use data and consumer insights to inform creative strategies that appeal to luxury consumers, ensuring a consistent, on-brand experience across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize, craft, and implement creative solutions that communicate the client's luxury brand identities and messaging across both owned and paid platforms.
  • Oversee and review creative work from external agencies and freelance partners, ensuring all output adheres to the client’s luxury standards and brand guidelines.
  • Inspire and elevate the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Partner with business and creative stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making throughout the creative process.
  • Uphold brand identity and accessibility standards while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the visual identity.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury design, storytelling, brand building, and campaign development.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in luxury design, ideally within a design firm, advertising agency, or in-house creative department.
  • Leadership: At least three (3) years of experience managing creatives or design teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
