Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.​

Responsibilities

Duties: Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. Lead the creative development of strategic campaigns that connect complex market insights with visually dynamic storytelling. Address the nuanced needs of consumer and business sectors across diverse verticals, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, consumer behavior data, and industry trends. Drive innovation in campaign creation by weaving together narrative and design to position the brand as an industry leader. Work closely with clients, cross-disciplinary creative teams, strategic planners, and copywriters to translate telecommunications market intelligence and industry insights into strategic, concept-driven creative work. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in both consumer and business segments, ensuring the seamless alignment of creative efforts with the overarching telecom brand strategy.Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous feedback, refining designs to maintain consistency across all touchpoints, from consumer-facing campaigns to B2B networking solutions. Have creative excellence and quality control. Lead strategic time management and execution. Utilize technical mastery and tool proficiency. Integrate data-driven design with market insights. Innovate in emerging technologies. Serve as key point of contact and manage client relationship and brand knowledge.

Qualifications

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Animation, Art, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position requires two years of in-depth knowledge experience and skills in the following areas:

1. Conceptualizing strategic and innovative campaign idea by translating complex telecom technologies (5G, FWA Home, Prepaid) into relatable and impactful creative concepts.

2. Utilizing complex design for a variety of platforms, including digital (email, social media, web), and traditional (billboards, print ads).

3. Developing innovate campaigns using design tools and emerging technologies including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects).

4. Using tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for designing UX/UI digital interfaces and interactive experiences.

5. Understanding of how designs work in a web development stage including how to optimize for web compression and ensure that design translates effectively into digital platforms (HTML, CSS, and web design).

6. Photo retouching using modern AI tools and image editing software, enhancing visuals to meet high-quality brand standards; adjusting composition, color grading, and lighting to align with brand aesthetics, ensuring polished, impactful imagery for use across multi-channel campaigns.

7. Using and applying emerging technologies including generative AI (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Dall.E).

8. Utilizing AI-driven search tools within Getty, Adobe Stock, or brand libraries to source impactful visuals that align with brand goals and leveraging features including keyword optimization, reverse image search and AI-powered visual similarity tools to identify relevant images and to refine searches.

9. Developing high-impact GIFs and micro-animations optimized for seamless web performance; and employing storyboarding to craft compelling motion narratives, integrating complex typographic animation and foundational motion graphics skills to elevate visual storytelling and user experience.

10. Collaborating with strategy or analytics teams and copywriters to track KPIs and A/B test creative variations, using results to refine and enhance future campaigns.

11. Leveraging customer data to optimize messaging and visuals for target segments, ensuring future campaigns effectively highlight key telecom offerings like 5G speeds, reliability, and coverage.

12. Maintaining and elevating the brand’s identity while adapting visuals and messaging to diverse consumer segments, from new customers, current consumers and enterprise clients while tailoring designs to different demographic and psychographic segments.

Required to work from Company Office (New York, NY) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
