We are looking for a talented Art Manager to join the team, which is currently working on an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large-scale and ambitious both from a graphics and game design point of view and from the technical perspective. We create our own product and control all the steps of game development – from idea to final stage of implementation. This is an opportunity to influence key decisions and project creation processes.
The successful candidate will supervise and maintain the creation of 2D and 3D graphics and animations for the game as well as interact with the Game Design and Technical Art teams.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of the process of creating graphics for games. They should also have experience interacting with art specialists in the role of Art Manager or Project Manager.
Developing a strategic plan for art teams in collaboration with the Art Director
Creating a development pipeline for several art directions (2D, 3D, animation)
Organizing and monitoring work processes: creating clear and timely plans, defining checkpoints, and compiling reports
Creating detailed tasks in Jira and supporting documentation in Confluence
At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager
Work experience as an Artist (any direction) or Project Manager in an art department in Game Development
Knowledge of approaches to project management in the context of teams of 30 or more specialists
Skills in creating project documentation
Experience creating a roadmap
Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
Experience with Jira or other task management tools
Fluency in Ukrainian
English language skills at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
Shooter gaming experience
Experience working with Technical Art and Game Design teams
Hands-on experience with Confluence, Figma, and Miro
