Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of User Acquisition to join our UA department. In this role, you will drive user acquisition initiatives across multiple gaming products, bringing new players to our mobile and PC titles. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in performance marketing with proven experience leading managers and scaling high-performing teams. Responsibilities include team management, performance marketing expertise, budget ownership, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, analytics & optimization, and market insights & innovation.
Must have:
  • 7+ years in user acquisition and performance marketing in gaming.
  • 4+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams in a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile and PC gaming ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute UA strategies.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Google, Meta, TikTok, Native ads.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of UA creative strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Team Management & Development: Lead and mentor three UA teams (including direct management of team leads), fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Provide hands-on guidance and oversee activities across key channels (including Google, Social, Native and more), ensuring continuous optimization to achieve scale, quality, and ROAS goals.
  • Budget Ownership: Take ownership of a significant UA budget, ensuring smart allocation across platforms and channels to consistently meet KPIs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day UA operations, ensure smooth execution across teams, and be accountable for team performance and results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align UA efforts with company goals and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Define KPIs, track performance, and lead a culture of continuous testing and improvement. Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior management.
  • Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitors activity. Identify new channels, technologies, and opportunities for growth.

What we expect

  • 7+ years of experience in user acquisition and performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in the gaming industry.
  • 4+ years of experience managing managers and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of both mobile and PC gaming ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative and effective user acquisition strategies.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in various performance marketing channels, including Google, Meta, Tiktok, Native and more.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of UA creative strategy, with the ability to guide teams in creating high-performing assets that drive engagement and results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

In some cases, depending on the position, you will be invited to meet the VP / CEO, for a final decision.
