Job Summary

Lead internal communications and local employer branding for the Israel site, strengthening employee belonging, engagement, and organizational culture. Drive clear, consistent internal communication and position the company as a top employer in the local community and the wider industry.

Must Have

  • Build and execute annual internal communications plan.

  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and timelines.
  • Creative, proactive, strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
  • High interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and independent work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Internal Communications

  • Build and execute the annual internal communications plan aligned with global and local communication strategy.
  • Lead communication initiatives that drive employee engagement, company values, and organizational culture.
  • Plan, produce, and manage on-site events: Town Halls, management sessions, site-wide events, internal campaigns, etc.
  • Own all local internal communication channels: Slack, newsletters, office screens, notice boards, and more.
  • Localize, adapt, and amplify global communication initiatives, working closely with the parent company’s comms team.
  • Support site leadership in crafting internal messages and leadership communication strategies.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and lead the local Employer Branding strategy and yearly plan.
  • Manage the company’s local social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook): content creation, campaigns, collaborations with the global EB team, and performance measurement.
  • Lead the site’s involvement in external events: job fairs, tech and gaming conferences, community events, and relevant industry activities.
  • Strengthen community partnerships with universities, colleges, non-profits, and local industry organizations.
  • Create branded merchandise supporting internal engagement, culture, and employer brand narratives.
  • Ensure alignment with global branding guidelines, messaging, tone of voice, and reporting expectations.

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, marketing, or PR.
  • Proven experience managing social media pages and creating audience-targeted content.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, including high-level writing and editing.
  • Strong organizational understanding and ability to work in a complex global environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience producing internal events and leading digital campaigns.
  • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and timelines.
  • Creative, proactive, and strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • High interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work independently.
