Job Summary
Plarium is seeking a talented Project Manager for an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter game. The role involves monitoring and maintaining the game development process, interacting with Development, QA, and Technical Art teams. This large-scale project is in active production with over 100 specialists. The successful candidate will initiate, plan, and monitor the release pipeline, establish inter-team processes, and create documentation in Confluence and tasks in Jira.
Must Have
- Initiating, planning, and monitoring the release pipeline
- Establishing processes between teams both within and outside the department
- Creating documentation in Confluence and detailed tasks in Jira
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager
- At least one year of work experience in Game Development
- Knowledge of project development approaches for teams of 20+ professionals
- Documentation creation skills
- Experience creating roadmaps, conducting effective negotiations, and resolving conflicts
- Experience with Jira or other task management tools
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Kharkiv office, Lviv office, Warsaw office or remotely from Poland and Ukraine.

We are working on an unannounced, multi-platform third-person shooter in a realistic setting with innovative gameplay. The project is large-scale and ambitious both from a graphics and game design point of view, and from the technical perspective. The game is in active production, with over 100 specialists working on it.
