Assembler III performs repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the catheter production of medical devices. The role involves operating machinery, setting up equipment, monitoring quality, maintaining production records, and machining products according to instructions. Candidates should have experience in a clean room, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma.

Assembler III performs a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the catheter production of medical devices.

Your role:

  • Operate, for the manufacturing group, all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions.
  • Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or remanufacture faulty products.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
  • Preparing/machining smaller series of products or raw materials using various machines/tools/resources according to work regulations/instructions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in a clean room environment preferred.
  • Your skills include ability to perform work in accordance with current written or verbal work instructions, follow workplace health and safety instructions, basic computer skills
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
  • You’re self-motivated, adaptable to changing environments, team player

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MN is $19.01 to $30.41.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.
