Job Description

The Assistant Key Account Sales Manager will plan pre-sale and post-service business growth strategies, manage service performance to increase market reputation and achieve business objectives. They will lead service transformation, leverage multi-functional teams to develop business models, drive Key Accounts' performance, create and manage service business models, execute lifecycle business strategies, and increase customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, strong execution capability, and excellent communication skills. They will be part of the sales team, reporting to the Health System Sales Leader of Hong Kong.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in healthcare
  • Experience in process development and change management
  • Good execution capability and desire for success
  • Excellent communication skills with pragmatic attitude
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese

Join the highly successful sales team of Philips Health System while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Hong Kong.

You are responsible for

  • Plan the pre-sale and post-service business growth strategy, take ownership and manage service performance in order to increase market reputation and ensure business objective.
  • Lead the service transformation to ensure the lifecycle business strategy can be deployed to both sales and services teams.
  • Leverage multi-functional teams and resources to develop Life cycle business model and deploy to the market.
  • Drive assigned Key Accounts Hospital operation and business performance in order to achieve and exceed the assigned business budget.
  • Create and manage service business models with well control solution scope and deployment
  • Execute lifecycle business strategies to ensure revenue and profitability targets achievement.
  • Increase customer satisfaction and engagement by identify the value-added service and increase the service contract penetration.

Professional talent in Sales team, playing the key role in Philips Health System Hong Kong for transformation journey. You will direct report to Health System Sales Leader of Hong Kong.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above major in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Sales & Marketing area from healthcare / medical device industry
  • Experience in process development and change management
  • Good execution capability and strong desire for success.
  • Excellent communications skills with pragmatic attitude in align with customer satisfaction
  • Excellent oral and written skills on English and Chinese
