Job Description

The organization is seeking a talented Assistant Producer to join their dynamic team, working exclusively for a global client across their full brand portfolio. This hybrid role involves assisting Group Exec and Senior Producers in delivering global and regional campaigns, with a focus on AV content. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of creative agency experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and be adept at multi-tasking and administrative tasks, including finance support. The role offers a unique opportunity to learn and upskill into a Junior Producer position.
Must Have:
  • Assist Group Exec and Senior Producers on global/regional campaigns.
  • Support delivery across client's full brand portfolio.
  • Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Minimum one year experience in a creative agency.
  • Understand integrated campaigns, especially AV content.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management.
  • Manage smaller briefs, sizzle reels, and ad hoc requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including finance support.
  • Be willing to travel between the parent company Campus’ locations.
  • Provide production support for shoots (talent, contracts, travel).
  • Learn and apply client processes for campaign delivery.
  • Build and manage delivery trackers.
  • Assist with presentation decks.
  • Conduct voice over casting and music searches.
  • Book and manage post-production resources.
  • Responsible for mood films, sizzle reels, and narrative recordings.
  • Source directors and research talent/tech innovations.
  • Track projects on AdGreen, ensuring data completion.
  • Understand HWW finance systems (JN’s, estimates, PO’s, tracking).
  • Set up new suppliers.
  • Learn craft guardianship and creative ambition management.
  • Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

About the Role

As our clients global production partner, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team here at the organization Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. Working exclusively for our client, you will be assisting the Group Exec Producer and Senior Producers within the team, working across the clients full portfolio of brands and supporting delivery of global and regional campaigns. This is a unique chance to work for a truly international brand and level-up your career like never before.

This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at multi-tasking and has strong organizational skills, along with creative flair. The ideal candidate has at least one years experience within a creative agency and understands the basics of delivering integrated campaigns, with a focus on AV content. They will be self-sufficient but also team players, with excellent communication skills and a sense of time management. Willing to play a support role on campaigns, whilst also able to manage smaller briefs to deliver sizzle reels and ad hoc requests from the Open X team. They also need to thrive on admin, as they will be responsible for many administrative tasks, supporting the team with finance and minor operational tasks. Willing to travel between the parent company Campus’, depending on where the projects are led from.

The role provides the opportunity to learn from experienced producers and upskill into a junior producer.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Group Executive Producer/Chief Production Officer

You will work closely with Pod Producers, Account, Creative, Project Management, and Business Affairs departments within the Open X team, as well as the Studio X team.

Responsibilities

  • Dynamic and creative, we need people with real energy and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Production support on campaigns including managing talent for shoots, contracts and travel arrangements
  • Learning the clients processes to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Building trackers to manage deliveries across campaigns
  • Assist in building presentation decks
  • Voice over casting and music searches
  • Booking and managing post production resource
  • Take responsibility for mood films, sizzle reels, narrative recordings for research and radio
  • Director sourcing alongside growing a black book of contacts, researching established and emerging talent and tech innovations
  • Tracking all projects on AdGreen and ensuring data entries are complete
  • Understanding of the organization finance systems, to be able to raise JN’s, estimates, PO’s and track the finances on a job
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Learning to be the guardian of craft and helping to manage the creative ambition throughout productions
  • Learning and acquiring the skills to ultimately become a Junior Producer

Requirements

  • Ideally experience within a creative agency and exposure to working across integrated campagins
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, take-ownership attitude, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision but also willing to take instruction on projects
  • Comfortable to engage directly with clients when required
  • An interest in production tech and innovation
  • Proficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
