We are recruiting an Assistant Traffic Manager to support the Creative Operations Manager in managing the creative team's schedules and executing campaigns for clients. This role involves receiving and analyzing creative briefs, assessing feasibility, assigning tasks to creative teams, managing planning tools, supervising projects to ensure deadlines are met, and providing administrative and organizational support to creative teams.

Analyze requests, verify feasibility in terms of time and available resources
Assign missions to creative teams (Art Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, etc.)
Manage planning tools and creative resource schedules
Supervise projects and ensure deadlines are met
Support creative teams administratively and organizationally (e.g., tracking and managing leave based on activity peaks)
Bac +3 to Bac +5 education (currently in university or business school)
Enjoy creative projects
Have a sense of organization and rigor
Proficiency in Pack Office & Google Suite
Professional fluent English
Internship duration: 6 months, starting as soon as possible
