Associate-Digital Product Management

This role is for an Associate-Digital Product Management professional focused on ensuring quality and enhancing user experience within American Express's Global Services Group. Responsibilities include planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking defects, developing automation use cases, and preparing testing documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adept at identifying potential issues to advocate for the user.

Must Have

• Planning User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities that impact front-end, user-focused applications.
• Assessing testing needs, determining proper test configuration and data needs.
• Writing and executing test conditions and test scripts.
• Recommending opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Ensuring completion of required test documents.
• Contribute to the development and execution of automation use cases and case workflows.
• Tracking and monitoring defects that arise during UAT and seeing them through to resolution.
• Preparing all testing-related documentation.
• Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing status reports, recommending actions and escalating appropriately.
• Forging strong relationships with various internal business partners, technical partners and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product testing (UAT), automation development, automation testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Rally & Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Card product customer journeys (specially Case Management & Complaint Management).
• Experience with case management platforms (e.g., Pega) or workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Good hands-on experience in manual UI, API Testing.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Selenium + Java.
• Ability to write Java logic (OOPs concepts, Conditions, loops, collections).
• Hands-on-with TestNG, Maven and basic GIT operations.
• Understanding of automation framework.
• Willingness to learn new technologies as per market trends.

Role Description
