Moonbug brands extend far beyond the screen to include streaming music, toys, games, books, live events, and even theme park exhibits. Moonbug is part of Candle Media, an independent, creator-friendly home for cutting-edge, high-quality, category-defining brands and franchises. 

This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our Los Angeles Office.

The Role

  • Run the day-to-day operation of a client success management team, overseeing multiple clients and projects
  • Oversee partner relationships to drive value and efficiencies 
  • Helping to drive customer strategy and product innovation
  • Organize and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to present project activities and performance
  • Evaluate systems and processes for efficiencies leveraging technology and resources
  • Effective client communication to ensure their needs are understood, anticipated and exceeded with the overall goal of delivering brilliant client service. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities within your account list to provide suggestions that will increase client satisfaction. 
  • Partake in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for client pitches.
  • Collecting and analyzing campaign data and consumer trends data. 
  • Demonstrate compelling data storytelling through high data literacy, strong data visualization and impactful communication for client reports ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Lead client meetings, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness by managing and aligning expectations, identifying gaps, confirming next steps and maintaining timely completion of agenda.
  • Utilize critical thinking when dealing with ambiguity or contradiction to make decisions and maintain task progress
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams: brand partnerships, media & ad ops, data, creative, production, social, marketing & finance. 
  • Become a subject matter expert for all Moonbug IP.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years of account management, project management, customer success experience
  • 3+ years experience within the media industry: media agency, publisher or creative agency background.
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage short-term and long-term deliverables. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage large, complex projects as well as juggle multiple projects at one time. 
  • Solutions oriented with strong problem solving skills 
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to be most effective for all stakeholders
  • High organizational savvy and emotional intelligence
  • Thrives in a team environment and enjoys working on a team.
  • Excited by a fast paced environment.

Salary: $110,000-120,000
