Key responsibilities include platform ownership, strategy development, business acceleration through new initiatives and product launches, program delivery with adherence to budget and timelines, and managing escalations and risks. Strong stakeholder management is crucial, requiring collaboration with internal teams like Marketing, IT, and Operations to ensure a seamless D2C experience and translate business needs into actionable platform capabilities.
