If so, Nasdaq’s Legal, Regulatory & Risk group is looking for a smart, experienced, creative, and highly dedicated and energetic attorney with experience in securities and corporate law to support Nasdaq’s data business.
This position will be a great opportunity for an attorney with a broad background in securities and corporate law (some litigation experience a plus) to work on an array of business and securities issues in a fast-changing regulatory environment. The base pay range for this role is $134,400 - $224,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
