Job Description

We are seeking an Information Security Specialist with a DevSecOps focus to join our application and security team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD automation templates, integrating security tools like SAST and SCA, and embedding security best practices throughout the SDLC. The specialist will also conduct penetration tests, participate in Red Teaming, and provide security guidance. Ideal candidates are passionate about DevSecOps, automation, and secure software development, with strong scripting skills and cloud experience.
Must have:
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD automation templates and tooling with a DevSecOps mentality.
  • Integrate and handle security tools such as SAST, SCA, DAST, Code Signing, and Application Security Posture Management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide guidance for addressing security issues or questions.
  • Conduct penetration tests and security assessments of in-house developed applications.
  • Participate in Red Teaming activities.
  • Hands-on experience working with security tools like SAST, SCA and automate them in CI/CD through scripts and templates.
  • Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.
  • Experience working in Cloud environments with Kubernetes and Helm.
Good to have:
  • Certifications from Linux Foundation, Offensive Security, Hack The Box, SANS/GIAC.

Job Details

We are looking for an Information Security Specialist with a DevSecOps focus to join our application and security team. As an Information Security Specialist you will focus on the DevSecOps process and all the tooling around it. You should have experience in the DevSecOps field and in addition being familiar with software development security best practices in general.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD automation templates and tooling with a DevSecOps mentality.
  • Integrate and handle security tools such as: Static Source Code Analysis, Software Composition Analysis, Dynamic Application Security Testing, Code Signing Solutions and Application Security Posture Management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed security best practices throughout the SDLC.
  • Provide guidance to business and development for addressing security issues or questions.
  • Conduct penetration tests and security assessments of in house developed applications.
  • Participate in Red Teaming activities.

Education and Professional Accomplishments

  • Degree qualified in Computers Science, Information Systems or other related subject area, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • Have a passion for DevSecOps, automation, continuous improvements, and keeping everything as code.
  • Hands on experience working with security tools like SAST, SCA and automate them in CI/CD through scripts and templates.
  • Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python.
  • Experience working in Cloud environments with Kubernetes and Helm.
  • It is a merit if you have completed a Certifications from any of the following organizations: Linux Foundation, Offensive Security, Hack The Box, SANS/GIAC.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and in Swedish.
