Job Description
Tripledot Studios is seeking an Associate Director of Growth to lead a significant part of their games portfolio and drive initiatives across their successful games. This role involves shaping the company's User Acquisition (UA) strategy, including product innovation, adtech, monetization, measurement, creative development, and working with various game genres. The Associate Director will manage multi-million dollar budgets, set strategic direction for growth, and lead a team focused on user acquisition and retention for major games. Responsibilities include owning growth strategies, managing large budgets, generating data-driven insights, driving creative excellence, leading cross-functional projects, and mentoring team members.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or product marketing.
- Proven track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Experience driving initiatives with Product, UA, Creative, and Analytics.
- Ability to drive measurable outcomes through growth experiments.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies in mobile gaming.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- Understanding of LTV modelling, mobile attribution, and performance data.

Role Overview
Tripledot Studios is hiring an Associate Director of Growth to lead a key part of the games portfolio and own initiatives across our portfolio of hit games.
This role is not just a UA lead role - it offers the opportunity to actively shape the direction of the company's UA strategy including product innovation, adtech and monetisation, measurement, creating best in class creatives and working on multiple genres of IAA, IAP and Hybrid games.
You will own multi-million-dollar budgets, strategic direction for growth efforts, and lead a team of superstars focused on driving user acquisition and retention for some of the largest games in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning growth strategies: Lead a team of UA specialists and own UA and organic growth strategies across multiple top-performing titles.
- Managing major budgets: Own and optimize several multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
- Generating actionable insights: Use data to uncover opportunities and inform experimentation across UA, monetisation and product.
- Driving creative excellence: Work with internal and external creative teams to innovate ad content.
- Leading cross-functional projects: Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch high-impact initiatives.
- Mentoring and scaling teams: Support talent development within the broader Growth organization.

- Business impact: Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through bold growth experiments.
- Strategic thinking: Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies in mobile gaming or related industries.
- An analytical mindset with strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities.
