Job Description

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our games through smart, data-driven advertising strategies. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence monetization strategy across multiple games, working in a collaborative and data-driven team culture where your insights will make a measurable impact on both revenue and player experience.
Must Have:
  • Analyze ad monetization performance metrics (e.g., ARPDAU, eCPM, IMPU, fill rate, retention impact).
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad placements, formats, and bid floors.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve revenue while maintaining a strong user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, User Acquisition, and Ad Operations teams to balance monetization and engagement goals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, identify new opportunities, and benchmark against competitors.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising monetization (preferably in mobile games or apps).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ad networks, mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource, etc.), and programmatic bidding.
  • Solid understanding of key ad monetization KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, conduct cohort analysis, and interpret results effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
