Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager supports the Asi Studios team at Univision Communications, focusing on 360, Network-only, and Digital/Social-only client campaigns. This role drives incremental revenue by providing marketing support, coordinating internal and external marketing efforts, and collaborating daily with sales, marketing, digital, production, and programming/editorial teams. Key responsibilities include supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, creating multi-platform presentations, and representing the team in brainstorming sessions.

  • Create preliminary 360 outlines/presentations with multi-platform and digital/social marketing and integrated solutions
  • Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs, KPIs, and marketing solutions
  • Build relationships with key personnel in divisional platforms
  • Work with graphic artists and internal sources to ensure presentations tell stories in impactful and strategic manner
  • Manage Salesforce Partner Solutions portals and help keep all information up to date
  • Recapping and reporting campaign results to clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of media-related experience
  • Experience working in a client-facing role within a media company, digital agency, advertising agency, or major consultancy
  • Detail oriented with great communication skills and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with proven aptitude for quick creative thinking and acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • Expertise in PowerPoint
  • An expert in managing complex projects
  • Ability to move quickly between projects and look ahead to see and deal with potential problems
  • Expertise in social media, branded content creative strategy and integrated cross-platform media solutions
  • Expertise in design/presentation software
  • Knowledge of digital & social market landscape, trends, metrics, and industry standards
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution of branded content
  • Experience visually translating clients’ goals and objectives into actionable and measurable multi-platform marketing programs that align with KPIs/Objectives

The Associate Marketing Manager is a part of the Asi Studios team dedicated to 360, Network-only and Digital/Social-only client campaigns. He/she supports the efforts of the department to drive incremental revenue for Univision Communications by providing marketing support and assistance in coordination of all aspects of the internal and external marketing for UCI clients. He/she collaborates daily with the sales, marketing, digital, production and programming/editorial teams of the organization.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Support Director and team in day-to-day Asi Studios pre-sales and post-sales activities including but not limited to presentations, timeline management and recaps and campaign maintenance
  • Create preliminary 360 outlines/presentations with multi-platform and digital/social marketing and integrated solutions for sales to present to clients and advertising agencies (and occasionally attend meetings in person)
  • Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs, KPIs, and marketing solutions, while maximizing revenue opportunities for second tier accounts
  • Build relationships with key personnel in divisional platforms (Network, Digital and Social Media Sales, Strategy and Insights, Local Media, Creative Services, Business Development, Experiential, Talent Relations, Content Creators, etc.) to effectively weave together cohesive multi-touch point offerings and solutions
  • Work with graphic artists and internal sources (including S&I) to ensure presentations tell stories in impactful and strategic manner, with oversight from Director
  • Manage Salesforce Partner Solutions portals and help keep all information up to date and help communicate with Sales regarding the status of proposals
  • Recapping and reporting: More than a recap report, using results and delivery to convey to clients the story of the campaign and begin conversations for upsell and incremental buys

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of media-related experience; Experience working in a client-facing role within a media company, digital agency, advertising agency, or major consultancy, with exposure to sales marketing in network and digital/social
  • Detail oriented with great communication skills and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with proven aptitude for quick creative thinking and acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
  • A positive, solutions-oriented, and success-driven attitude
  • Expertise in PowerPoint; Keynote a plus
  • Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred
  • Experience with branded digital video & social content sales packaging & influencer marketing greatly preferred
  • An expert in managing complex projects, you are loved by clients & colleagues - You're responsive, personable, organized, and you can tackle the tough questions
  • You know how to ensure that deliverables & deadlines are being met while delivering a high quality of output

SALARY RANGE

  • 55,000-72,000 + Benefits. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
